Machina everywhere!
So here I am in this Baylam Garden place ya? And who do I find?! Rikku AND Yuna!!! I'm so happy I found them both safe and soudns. Rikku seems to have a boyfriend of some sort... what was his name? I tink he sed Seph or sumtin... Anyway, so I hear dis commotion in the cafeteria ya know? I go to see what the hubub is and I see like... LOTS of people! There musta been enough for at LEAST 3 Blitz teams!!! Rikku and Yuna sed hi and we talked a bit. After a while, I heard mention of weapons and I realized that I forgot my World Champion at Besaid... How could I've been so stoopid!!! Lucky for me, this weapon shop had a Prism Ball for me. It's not great, but it'll do, ya?
Oh yea, they have all this machina stuff everywhere and no one cares! It's as if they use it more than the Al Bhed do... did... whateva... Anyway, this guy... Zell I tink... man, he needs to learn how to drive or sumtin... He drives like a Cactuar on water!!! Wit all dat swervin an stuff, I accidentally ripped off the handle on the ceiling of the car... whoops. I guess I don know my own strength ya? One of the passengers got out and promptly brought his lunch back up... yuck! I felt my stomach doin a few somersaults myself, but I kept it under control. Anyway, we got back and met up wit da group. We started walkin to dis place called da Fire Cavern or sumtin and we meet up with TWO HUGE tings that resembled giant lizards... Dey said dat dey was T-Rexaurs... I dunno, I just know dat dey pack a mean fight, ya?
So da fight begins and we split into two groups. I helped out Seph, Rikku, and... Zell. We managed to beat him up good, but it was Seph that did the mortal blow... Man... dat kid has one heckofa Overdrive... I definately don wanna mess wit him when he gets mad. So da fight ends and we make it to da Fire Cavern and three groups go in. Rikku and Seph, Yuna and some girly-lookin-guy with a weird hat, then Zell and two others... da one that puked and some other blondie. So I stay out and talk wit Seifer a bit as to what da heck is dis place and why dey hafta go in dere...
Afta about 20 minutes or so, Rikku and Seph come out and she looks all happy and energetic as usual. Although... she seemed a bit... different. I dunno, all I know is dat she's happy and alive, which is all dat mattas. Zell and the uddas came out a bit later followed by Yuna and the girly-man wit da hat. So after a bit o talkin, we went back ta Baylam and went our seperate ways, ya? The udda blondie... Cid was his name I tink... got me into a guest room. It's a bit small, but I can manage fo now...
I talked to da 'Headmaster' today and he said dat I was too old to be a student and suggested that I be a teacher o sumtin. I wasn't too sure about dat at the time, but he insisted that I teach a class about Blitz. I agreed and was all registered and stuff as a Blitz instructor. I guess the class will start next week when we start getting equipment in for our prospective team, ya? Tings look a little low tech around here compared to back home. I mean, dey don know how to keep a sphere pool? Well, I s'pose that dey're werkin on it so it should be ready by da time we are.
Da first ting dat I'll have to teach dem is how to breathe undawata... It's a bit discomforting at first, but it's easy to do... First class is monday at 1:30. Class is everyday ('cept the weekend so you guys can practice on your own, ya?) You'll have to provide your own blitzballs, but I'm pretty sure those can be bought at the sports shop in town.
