Berwald stripped naked, hanging his clothes on a tree branch and jumped right into the mountain water fed river. It was freezing cold. Just like he felt inside at the moment. He used sand from the bottom of the river to scrub his skin RAW. He wanted to just wash away all that pain, all the memories, all the part of his nature he hated

But he grabbed his glasses from the night stand. If Tino didn't want to continue, Berwald wasn't about to force him.
What was Tino going after? Did he pack some special Lube or something he wanted to try?

"Tino is that Your Grandfather's ring?" Berwald barely breathed, connecting the dots that Mummi had sent it to Tino.
"You'd give me something that precious?" He added... feeling extremely overwhelmed.

He was saturating Tino's shoulder with his tears as he just held on with all he had within him. He would never, ever take this ring off. (Well unless he might damage it hammering steel or something.) But for everyday? He was never taking it off. Ever.
It was the most precious thing Tino had ever given him, excluding Tino himself. That would always be the biggest Treasure to Berwald. Tino, then Tino's Ukki's ring.
"Askling... I..." Berwald croaked, it hurt to speak.
"...Love... You.... So... Much." Berwald stuttered sniffling and overwhelmed with love.

"You're everything I have ever wished for." He added in a soft whisper nuzzling against Tino's neck.
Dropping sweet, tender kisses wherever his lips touched.
He was emotionally drained. He had not expected this, not at all.
All he could do was draw Tino as close to him as he could, cocooning them in blankets and body heat. He was not getting out of this bed and not letting Tino move either until he absolutely had to let go.
He could feel Tino getting warm and drowsy. He was always so quick to get sleepy after he came. Sex could wait until later, holding Tino while he napped was just as good. This wouldn't be the first time and he was sure it wouldn't be the last that they both didn't reach the finish line. Berwald didn't care right now, he as basking in love.

"Du är oändligt värdefull för mig. Jag vet att du hängde månen och stjärnorna bara för mig, Smörblomma." Berwald murmered hardly louder than the crackling of the pine in the hearth. Shutting his eyes and thanking the fates of fortune who granted him such a miracle in his life in the form of Tino Vainamoinen.
(You are infinitely precious to me. I know you hung the moon and the stars just for me, Buttercup.)

He had such a nice content dream too. Of a nice home, of children, of managing a family all with the help of his big, compassionate lover. It was an amazing dream. But not one that he had any massive amounts of regrets when he finally cracked his eyes open to find himself wrapped in fur and troll and he was warm and comfy and loved. He felt amazing. Light as a feather as though the light produced by joy could glow through his skin.
"I love you bear." He murmured, kissing the sleeping figure on the cheek.
