So, I did some more running on the treadmill. I walk quickly for most of the time, then sprint for a minute. I've done this sprinting twice now. That is two sprints, for the last two days.

The problem? My shins HURT.

That is pathetic.

4 minutes of sprinting over the last 48 hours has rendered me crippled.

Pathetic.

What am I doing wrong? I'm obviously running incorrectly. Is there some sort of running seminar I can attend? Taryn always said I'm a running retard. She is so right.
