New Layout
Ahhh, the advantages of having a paid account. Not only do I have one hundred user pictures, most of which I'll probably never get the opportunity to use, but I can also make my journal look fabulous. Because, you know, I write in it so often these days.
Anyway, not much is happening. At all. Just going to class and hanging around with Amanda or Ali or Christine. Still hanging out a bit with the ASA girls -- I can't wait until next semester. I read my first fanfiction for more than a month last weekend -- it was one of my favorites, and Hermione/Snape fic. More punctuation mistakes than I'd remembered, but the story and style are great so I don't care. I spent all of Saturday re-reading Towards Tomorrow by SSHENRY over at SIYE -- definitely one of my favorite Harry/Ginny fics. I keep meaning to read the sequel, which was even better, but I just don't have any time. I have two tests next week and a paper due Monday, plus this weekend is Parent's Weekend. Fortunately, the weekend after that is Fall Break, so I'll get a nice little break. Being here is starting to grate on me a little, especially since I was sick on Sunday and I saw how nice it was to not be on campus for a day.
That's about it -- I don't do anything interesting anymore, and I never read any of the FA stuff anymore. All the coders and dingers have to go through re-training because they're setting up the new program, and I just don't have the time or energy to continue. I haven't actually dinged a fic in a month, so I don't know if my skills are up and running anymore. I have to re-read Eats, Shoots & Leaves and try to find myself again.
