Philly is Philly, PA is "pee-ay", Jersey I would know what they're talking about immediately if someone said it but I still say New Jersey.

Phil - doesn't everyone know this?

I know when buck and doe season are, but only about 1/4 of my school does, if that.

fire hall wedding reception - true, and I can even picture one

chicken dance, etc. - ^shrug^ i guess so

electric candles in windows - hahahhahaahha so true!, i didn't know that was a PA thing

hex sign - yes

state store - yes; mini-mart liquor - you can buy alcohol in a normal store???? (incredulous)

3 condiments - we have mustard too (but i don't like it)

hoagie, etc. - of course

cold pizza - do you really find that barbaric? you've done it before! and yes, it's quite normal

Birch Beer - yes

Scrapple - yes

cold soft pretzel - yes

Philly cheese steak - yes

county fairs - i know all about them, but no "funnel cake season"... though now that i think about it... haha, j/k

dippy eggs - yup

town names - of course they are town names, what else did you think they were? i've been to 6 of those, too

traffic jam - nope, can't say i've experienced that one

township, etc. - i live in East Pikeland Township, next to the Borough of Phoenixville, in the Commonwealth of PA

driving habits of other states - absolutely

hit deer - never myself thankfully, but yes, many many

jumper cables - we've all got them, can't say i know how to use them... yet... but actually, i'm sure i could figure it out if i needed to

car stuff - yes i've got a few of those

snow in potholes - nah

snow forts - definitely!!! i miss those snows...

last names - can't say i know that or not

"you guys" - don't people say that everywhere??

Djeetyet? - not yet this morning, but i will soon... (-; of course i know what that means

Mummer - yup, look for them in the Macy's parade on New Year's Day!

oh, and i missed one - the pronunciation of names, like Bryn Mawr, Wilkes-Barre, Schuylkill, BalaCynwyd, and Monongahela... yup, I know how to say all of them... and not only that, i live near Wiles-Barre, have swum in the Schuylkill River (and can finally spell it!), and was born in Bryn Mawr. (-:
