Home sweet parents' home...
SO... I've been home since Friday, it's Sunday night. I don't know what I was thinking. I had to be home Friday for the Homecoming pep session and game, cuz the girls needed a coach. I decided to stay because I have a dentist appointment tomorrow morning. Sure, I got to see some people I wouldn't normally get to see, and go to church, but it's really too long to stay at home, by myself, without any special events planned.
Friday night was fun. Went to the game, took care of my girls, then mom and I went to Clara's. Quality mother/daughter time. Always a good time. Lindsey got home from the dance around midnight and we all watched Beauty Shop together. The girls night turned out pretty fun.
Saturday I woke up and decided my hair was getting on my nerves and I was sick of fighting with it. So... I called in the troops, I won! When I got home I put off writing a paper, so watched Alot Like Love instead, which I still have yet to finish. Mom and I then gave my skunk-smelling dog a bath to try and get her un skunk-afied. Linds and I layed around the majority of the day. I watched as she put together her leaf collection for Warvel... exciting... I'm telling you. I went to Dan's Saturday night and sat around the fire with him, Mark, Laura, and Ashley for a bit.
This morning was early. Got up and went to church. The whole fam went to Red Lobster after. Good food. Mom, Linds, and I shopped after that. I got clothes, don't know how I managed that one. Came home, watched a movie on Linds' pull-out sleeper until she folded me up in the damn thing! Literally. I couldn't lie about this. Watched some football with mom and let the rain put me to sleep. Woke up, jumped in the shower and made it to the movie to meet Bradley in 20 minutes! Impressive, I know. Watched The Longest Yard, again. It was good, but REALLY enjoyed my time with Brad. It's been too long. He's a great kid. Miss him LOTS.
Now, I'm putting this paper together, that SUCKS. I will probably have to rewrite it. Ohwell. It's done. I'm sitting here talking to Jamie. Getting ready to go to bed. So yup...night.
