Essence Beach Cruisers Bronzing Powder
We're almost two months into the summer season and I haven't been to the beach! I fully intend to go though and I'll make sure to plan a trip after all of my travels. But since I haven't seen much of the sun, I don't have a tan yet. I don't tan easily, I have to be under the sun for at least a day to get a little bit of color. To fake a little bit of that sun kissed look, I found a bronzer that's budget friendly and also screams summer. This is the Essence Beach Cruisers Bronzing Powder in 01 Life is A Beach.
First of all, look at the cute packaging! Nothing says summer than palm trees! This little product also smells like coconuts to me. Some people might be put off by that, it's not my favorite scent but for some reason I don't mind it in this product. You don't smell it once you've applied the product anyway. The outer layer of the product is a matte brown color while the palm tree is a lighter brown which has a little bit of shimmer in it. When I first tried it, I complete avoided the palm tree because I don't like shimmer in my bronzer. Then I tried swirling my brush across the pan one time and when I applied it, the shimmer didn't show at all. So maybe it's just a top layer which will go away when you've used it the product. That's what I'm hoping for anyway.
