I got the Origins Ginzing Eye Cream back in February at the Thailand airport en route to India. I was super happy to find an Origins stand there because it wasn't available locally. I've read a lot of good reviews about the different products from the brand mostly their masks and the Ginzing line. So I decided to get the eye cream because I just turned 30 and I thought it was time to start taking care of my eyes. Can you believe it was my very first eye cream?
But as my first eye cream, it didn't wow me. Basically it just didn't do much for the skin around my eyes. It's supposed to brighten and depuff undereyes but I find that it didn't do that. I've been using it for four months now so it's supposed to at least help a bit but all it did is moisturise the area. It did help make the application of undereye concealer and brightener much easier to blend but as of brightening it, there weren't any lasting effect. It has brightening reflectors but it comes off after washing your face. I expected to use little concealer under the eyes by now but my bags and puffiness are still visible. So I'm not happy. I still use this because I paid a lot of money for it but I'm not going to repurchase it. I use now at nighttime and replaced it with an eye cream with SPF. Let's hope that one works better.
