Shoyu Ramen with beef strips, boiled egg, spirng onions and chinese cabbage
I was feeling kinda sad last night (pati ngayon pa din pala), so before going home after my meet-up with Julls and Aleq, I decided to eat dinner at Fukuya Japanese Restaurant in Festival Mall. Bin and I discovered their uber yummy Shoyu Ramen last week. I like my Ramen super salty and Fukuya's Shoyu Ramen has just the right amount of saltiness to it. It made me happy kahit panandalian lang. Naalala ko tuloy yung episode ng Will and Grace where Grace discovered the Happy Noodle noodle house near her office and she said she wanted to swim naked in a sea of Happy Noodle noodles or something like that. I kinda know what she means. Hahaha!
