soooooooooooooo.....
the past two weeks have been...busy to say the least. i almost died from the last weekend, and i'm hoping it won't happen again even though my brother was sick with...surprise, surprise strepthroat(sp?)
anywho, last weekend was the choir trip as many already know. it was a lot of fun, stress, and traveling all crammed into 3 days. everyone got sick, and i thought i was safe from it until monday night when DEATH hit me. needless to say i had to miss two days of school (and get a painful shot in my tookus,lol) in addition to the friday i missed for the trip.
i didn't even have to unpack from the trip because thursday night i flew into Las Vegas. i got there at 2a.m. our time and didn't get to get off the plane until 2:45 cuz of other retarded planes. maybe it was because i was tired and grumpy and stuck in TRAFFIC at 1 o'clock in the morning(yes, traffic. who has traffic that late???), but whatever it was i came to the conclusion that las vegas is nice and all, but just not my kind of town. i stayed at this awesome hotel, though, so it made up for the night before.
after breakfast and sightseeing me and the WHOLE fam. were off to St. George, utah. it was actually really pretty for being in the middle of the desert, and not hot at all, actually cold. spent the night in a haunted hotel room which had to be evacuated in the middle of the night. my brother got married the next day, and after the reception-brunch and saying goodbye to a few family members, we drove over to L.A. where i spent all of easter and this morning. i got to see my brand new baby niece and play with her older brother who's so cute. we made easter eggs, and of course had a hunt.
woke up this morning and drove back to vegas where i hopped on a plane, made a new friend, and arrived back home. it's so weird looking back on this when it all happened in the past few days.
well, after traveling over 3 different time zones in the past couple of hours, i'm pooped. hahaha, good thing tomorrow is taks and i can sleep in. ~later
