Work Experience without the experience of work
OK, time to catch everyone up on whats been going on with me for the last week. On monday I started my two weeks UNPAID work experience with IAG.... that Insurance Australia Group incase anyone didnt know... they're basically NRMA. So for the last week I have been training it in to Town Hall everyday and sitting on my ass in front of a computer trying to look really enthusiastic about doing nothing at all. The problem is that to do any actual work you really need to have done a uni degree and been working there for at least 3 months... and basically that sort of preparation does not fit easilly into my two week window of opportunity. The end result is that I really look forward to going home and going to lunch and I have started to drink coffee to help fill in the hours of the day.
