Hello folks! Well wasnt it a scorcher today! Up and down the coast it hit highs of 36 and 37 whilst in the west it hit the 40's! A perfect day to hit the beach and catch some rays.
Looking at the sky today we saw blue blue and more blue! The Berrett-cam shows just that! Just a big blue sky polka dotted with cloud.
Moving to the surf, which is where we would have all liked to be today we can see that there was a mild westerly this morning moving to a warm south-westerly in the afternoon. The surf was absolutley brilliant today with 2-3 foot sets coming in all day. You would have to have been a fool not to take advantage of this great surf today! Conditions were good also, the salty stuff was nice and clear with a mild out to sea current, and the temperature was about 19 degrees where you stick your big toe in.
Thats all for tonight everyone and remember it looks like being another smashing day at the beach tomorrow, especially around 8am or so... so dont miss out..... I pity the fool who does!
