Hey all,
Our time in Germany is winding down, and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't excited. True, Germany is beautiful, etc, etc, but everyone knows it's only training here, so we haven't really given ourselves the opportunity to get comfortable. In Kosovo, we'll be able to settle in a bit since we'll be there for much longer.
I'm excited, too, about being able to get into a routine. Here, it's been sporatic except for the past week or so (training exercise). We had shifts, etc... So it wasn't bad, but there was nothing to do on the off time since we were locked down. So I became friends with about 10 Sudoku puzzles and another five of them just ticked me off. It's all good though.
My Nintendo DS is becoming increasingly popular. My former boss and my current boss are both avid golfers, and the True Swing Golf game is particularly addictive to them, which is cool. Now they at least know what that gadget is that I'm playing on in the evenings:-)
Well, that's all my updates for now. All's well and I'm looking forward to getting into Kosovo soon. God bless & keep you always!
Enjoying God,
james
