Darl made his promise! He took me to SOLVANG the next day after I arrived LA. Solvang is located around Santa Barbara (its about 1 hr drive from Santa Barbara - +/- drive from our apartment).

Solvang is a Danish town... quiet and not so much activity to do! We had Danish style breakfast and then wondering around before we drove back to LA.
