So today on the subway I saw the first Bag Dress of the season. Bag Dress is a term I coined with Chad to describe those hideous formless cotton dresses that skinny hipster/artist chicks wear. They look like colored cotton flour sacks with pleats in weird places, and they're always a funny length, like right between your waist and your knees, and it balloons out because the fabric is given like an 8 inch hem. It cracks me up. They're just so damn ugly.
And btw it snowed this morning... It was like 40 degrees out and a few days ago it was actually hot. But two weeks ago we had a nor'easter, the 12-inch result of which had melted two days later. I was recently introduced to the term "global weirding". I think its a good term.
