(no subject)
OY. What a couple of weeks. And what my life boils down to:
Work. Has been awesome lately. I have a pretty solid group of friends, I finally got moved to a team with the nicest supervisor EVER and the coolest people AND I'm getting closer and closer to going permanent and getting my sweet pay hike. Plus, Liza just started working there too! It's crazy, and so nice that I can go to work and see so many friendly faces, new and old. The work has gotten a bit more interesting as well, I'm actually looking forward to getting accounts and getting really into it.
Home. Which is now North Quincy. It's cold. I'm holding off on turning the heat on just yet because I'm worried about bills but all in all I'm settled in and loving it. I like being able to come home after work and not having homework, though I do miss Muhlenberg terribly and find myself recounting one of my college stories to my new friends daily, with Andrew filling in the details I forget. It gets a bit lonely and boring, especially if I'm by myself on the weekends, but I've been seeing a lot of Dan and Liza outside of work which is nice.
Everything Else. Hmm. Not much else. I still haven't worked myself into this routine of waking up at 7 a.m. everyday. My snake is good, eating and growing and so cute :) It's nice to have something else alive in the apartment. I've also gotten better about snacking less and cooking real food more.
And that's about all I have to say about my life.
