Last night in Hanoi
well we started the evening in a bar called Funkey Monkey. Twas fun, bumped into an irish buch that we'd met b4. The bar girls wear little outfits advertising the different beers, and only sell their own beer, so we all had different beers at the table!
Then we jumped on moped/taxis down to the "Apocalypse Now" bar. There's also one in Saigon, and used to be one in Hue, but it's been shut down for some reason - had a bit of a rough reputation. Drank and chatted, as it was Sunday night and the place was full of locals. Tried to ask a bunch where else would be open, only to get the reply "You want me? 50 dollar"!
Anyway left them and piled onto another moped (3 of us) into town, - too many beers, too many blokes and one moped is a bad combination, in any town. This place has just got traffic lights, and they don't understand them.
Now doing some last minute shopping and coffee's before catching a plane to Bangkok.
