in just moments, it took just seconds.
And...
I don't think out of all the things that have happened to me recently, this stands ahead of most. And it only took a minute....Just, an interaction between us. And what was said. And I would have burst into tears had no one else been around. Actually I know I would have. I was in a crowded room, and I seen a friend...well quasi friend, someone that I use to be around alot more. But time kinda seperates everyone. And I said Hi, and she asked what's new. I told her. She pulled me aside, and whispered into my ear.And I wonder if the people standing behind her and in front of me could see my eyes well up... And then. We just hugged, and parted ways. Simple... sweet. Reinforcement and encouragement is amoungst all the things. Flattering. I will always remember the things that D. Hicky said....funny last name.
