my tongue gets tied up in knots i freeze the apologies just fade away and i'm left with leftover feelings of rage i'm mad and i will always remember feeling like this i know it's bad and then it gets worse as if i could be pushed over but not by anyone else i dig myself into a hole i try to say it and then i cant.
