"He tore his ACL (knee), had to go to LA for surgery on that, then he went to hospital because we did a big shoot out and he got a piece of metal in his eye.

Seriously, I am expecting the behind-the-scenes and blooper reels for this show's DVD to be absolutely ridiculous. Like, I'm expecting Supernatural-levels of foolery here.
