This is lovely. There are too many things to point out and squee over, and I certainly admire you for churning out a piece this long. I did notice a spelling error or two and an erroneous "mom," but those are minor things. Fantastic work overall. :)

ooh, I love this! To the point where I imagine what happens next, as I only do that with fic I truly love. Christening the flat! Everyone drunk on champagne, Dakin pinching Irin's bum, Crowther glaring at them and Scripps and Posner making out in the pantry without a care in the world. Ohhhh.

But seriously, I love their character development. Posner is brave but not so much without Scripps, Scripps hiding himself behind his religion, and I especially adore Akthar. He's my favorite yet no one ever writes about him much.
