What is your ultimate favorite Harry Potter fanfic? It doesn't have to be a specific ship or genre. Just any fic. I'm just curious. I just would love to read through everyone's favorites.

My favorite fic EVER is After the End by Arabella and Zsenya which I'm sure you've either read or have heard of.
My other one, which is close to being my #1 is Beautiful World by Cinnamon.

Hmm . . . I have to say my favorite is War's End. And it's not even for the D/G. Or the H/B. Oh you get the point. . . ;)

A muted sort of longing and any fic by Sarinileni (esp. Have You Ever) or Siofra the Elf is also right up there.

Ginger and Icing is quite loffly. I also really like Tess' Happy Christmas Hermione, though I think my all-time favorite Tess Christmas fic is I Miss You Most at Christmastime. It's so bittersweet. Poor Harry!

I also really like those cute little 1-4 H/G and/or R/Hr chapter fics on ff.net. There was one in particular, where Harry had Christmas at the Weasleys', then dreamed of his first Christmas with his parents, then a future Christmas at his own house with his future family and all the Weasleys. Aww, fluff . . . A lengthier one I like that was my first H/G fic was Bella O's I'll Be Home for Christmas. Each chapter is named for a Christmas song and it's a cute fic.
