I don't remember much about that show, but I do remember that I was in love with it at one time... maybe it's best I never try to watch it again XD

I feel that might be wise - it's just a little too ... something ... sappy doesn't quite cover it. I think it's all the soft voices and angst that does it :)

oh that happened to me with a book I read when younger. Then I tried to reread it and the magic wasn't there. Sad :/

Yeah - I still liked the Below bits, but it's Katherine who drives me to distraction and all the 'we speak in soft voices to show our pain' stuff :)

Did you try having a couple of alcoholic beverages first? It helped me deal with the disappointment. We were younger, and dare I say, not as discriminating when the series first aired. Plus television production values are very much better now and I found it hard to watch. But I feel the same about Scarecrow and Mrs. King and a few other older shows. The way I remember them... well, they were better in my memory.

I shall try that ... it sounds like it might work - soften the edges so to speak :)
Rewatching the A-Team does that to me ... half the time I just wish someone would shoot B.A. - Murdoc is still FTW though :)

LOL.. you know, I loved the show too when it first aired. I was a bit worried about watching it again, but you know it wasn't so bad. Yes there were moment where I just want to shoot myself, but for the most part, I like it just as much as I did when I first saw it ^_^ I actually own all the series now.. I have yet to watch the very last part. I should do that this summer ^_^

Well I'm very glad someone still enjoys it. I keep going back to the new channel and trying again, but I cannot find the magic. Maybe I just expect too much of it *sigh*

I actually still enjoy 21 Jump Street - I have it on DVD too. It may be because I was not as obsessed with that so I wasn't expecting as much.
