I almost had the bird creature, and whatever was on its back. However it seems that the rider was able to manipulate fire. The fool even singed my dress. Before I could retaliate the two faded.
I would greatly appreciate it if this place would actually obey the rules of physics and the like. These...illogical shifts in reality are becoming rather annoying. However, this...'Midgar' was quite useful in supplying me with vials and beakers.
Seeing as the new monsters, like that bird, seem to be fading at times as well, I have opted not to include their data in my study. Dissecting them proved difficult in any case. More often than not they vanished before I could properly begin.
