(no subject)
so i'm seeing a chiropractor (sp?) now. it's interesting, cuz i walked into belks one day with my mom, and the guy was doing screenings, so i was like "what the hell, why not?" they gave me a coupon that made a $150 checkup $15, so again, i was like "why not?" and apparently they can fix all my problems. i'm tempted to say "yeah right, that's a bunch of crap" but so far so good--i've had 3 "adjustments" so far...we'll see how it goes.
i swear i've been to so many doctors this week though. i've had 5 different appointments in 4 days, four of which were in just 2 days. crazy. one of the guys i went to see though i hated. i went in for one thing, and while i was there, he tried to hook me for another thing. and me being the spineless girl that i am, i caved. i'm going to cancel the appointment later. and ohmygosh i'm taking a freaking pharmacy with me to the galapagos...and of course everything has to be in it's original bottle. i've got advil, benadryl, malaria pills, altitude sickness pills, pepto bismol (blech), 3 other prescription meds...it just keeps going! but i'm excited about the trip! and apparently i'm getting my new car when i get back too!!!
i spent all day...all this past week in fact (when i wasn't seeing doctors)...cleaning. i'm so tired! and my butt hurts from washing the dog...i guess it's the leaning over her while kneeling that does it, but it happens every time i wash her! grr. and the poor thing is still losing hair. who thought dogs could have such bad allergies? anyway, i'm excited about the reason for the cleaning at least: allison's coming! she has to participate in friend's wedding on saturday, and while she's here we're doing mother's/father's day. and she's bringing her boyfriend with her though, so we finally get to meet him!
