one month ago, i started a journey to 180 lbs.

on 15JAN, i weighed in at 215. today, one month later, i'm at 204.5, accomplished entirely by eating the right amounts of the right foods, and working out. i'm stoked by this - it's definitely a plan that i can live with, and one that makes sense to me. making sure to balance my proteins, carbs, and fruits/veggies, and lots of running (i'm still at about 18 miles a week) is a lifestyle i like. i'm hoping wherever i do my shore duty has a rowing team, 'cause then i can run in the morning and get a row in during the afternoon. that would be awesome.
