Conquered the Ikea cabinet!

Well, it's been a while since I added anything to this LJ, but I think we finally have a happening in my life that warrants an entry: I conquered the Ikea cabinet! I bought myself a TV cabinet today, to put a TV on and to store the DVD player, as well as my little server PC and the ADSL modem and the router. I just finished putting it together,

...it's a pain in the arse.

Candy and I were apart for something like a couple years before we really got together in earnest. Granted for us that distance was two hours, but it's just aggravating any way you cut it.
