There is a man on the BBC News web site that filmed, (Videoed) on second of each day, (of whatever he was doing with his life) for a year. Run end to end, that makes up 365 seconds or just over 6 minutes of film.
He says the experience has changed his life.
It is certainly an interesting experiment, and not perhaps as fulfilling as keeping a diary, but a heck of a lot easier in terms of tracking what you have been doing.
The real question is, as the man states, in recording your life like this, do you then start to look at like, and start to live life differently?
So, what would your life look like, 6 minutes for each year at a time? In my case, I suppose you’d see a lot of the monitor I’m looking at now. [I have to stop being so negative]
I should, perhapse state, that this chap did this filming for a gap year, and he did a whole lot of interesting, or I imagine he found it interesting, stuff at the time.
I wonder what his next 6 minutes, (one year) of filming will show?
