(no subject)
Today I came down with a cold :( I had a really hard time sleeping last night because of it, whenever I get a cold I salivate uncontrollably, so it's always unpleasent to try to fall asleep and I usually end up stuffing my mouth full of tissues so I don't have to swallow (I get stomachaches when I swallow lots of spit). But the day was pretty fun. For bio lecture we learned about physiology and I didn't feel sleepy at all (but i reeeeeeally had to go to the bathroom by the end of class because I drank so much tea and cranberry juice) I also completely drank my entire bottle of cranberry juice, yay! now I have to go buy more fruit juices to help get over this cold.
Today we did a lab where we attacked snails with starfish and measured how freaked out the snails got. It was really fun, but now I have to write a lab report and I'm pretty terrified about it. Luckily they keep returning the lab report until it's satisfactory, so if I completely bomb it my grade won't suffer and i'll know for next time. Also, my hand practically froze off during the lab because it was submerged in fresh sea water for two hours. Afterwards no one in the class could hold pencils or write for about an hour, even when we ran our hands under warm water! We were supposed to copy down the lab data, and mine is really bad becuase I couldn't move my pencil very well. :P
Also, I went to subscribe to people magazine and found out that it's REALLY expensive!!! Since it's a weekly magazine, they charge $2.00 per issue, which is $100 per year!!! I figure I'll just read it at the library for that price. The cover story this week is on Heath Ledger's secret love child-looks really interesting!!!
And since it is the late hour of 10:30, I'm totally going to bed. I love that all of my roommates are early sleepers bwahahahaha! (plus I have class at 8:30 tomorrow)
