Got my results:
Food forbidden...
for next eight weeks:
garlic, white egges, wheat, beef, goat cheese, pumpkin seeds, cashew, onion, green pepper
for next 16 weeks:
oatmeal, shiitake mushroom, eggs
for the next 32 weeks:
lobster,rocotta and soya
for the next year:
almond,peanut, cow milk
The biggest shock was oatmeal and almond.
The most difficult to deal with are soya and eggs.
I go to the restaurant every Saturday morning with two friends, the absence of wheat and eggs will make the whole thing more complex. Moreover, I'm on a four-day rotation diet to avoid developping new intolerances so every single food I eat on day 1 can't be eaten before next day 1. It will ask me to be organized in terms of what I eat and when. The kids are pleased because we will eat very different meals, they can't wait to try ostrich, sorry for my vegetarian friends. I do want to get back to vegetarism but I tolerate poorly legumes and dairy products so I will try to get the guts in better shape before I try more seriously.
So I'm leaving to sleep at my mother's place because we both meet the acupunturist early tomorrow morning. He is specialised in food intolerance. :) Then I'll start to find recipes, do my healthy grocery and then I'll behave like a nun, except for sex. I'm happy to tolerate well sex.
