-Heart shaped polenta crackers
-Heart red beans veggie burgers
-Celery stalk, watercress, mushroom
-Home-made tomato olive sauce
-Red cabbage flour with orange pepper stems.

It's winter. There are less and less summer veggies on the market. But somehow I enjoy eating veg raw at lunch. So to spice up my raw veggies I just added some watercress, polenta crakers and red beans veggie burger to balanced the meal. It took me quite a while to manage these heart formed patties, and somehow...you don't see it! Geez...
