Bento content: rice, apple and banna sweetened curry, veggie burgers, avocado, tomato, spinach.
I Just enjoyed this bento so much! the sandwiches were very great and quite fulfilling. The curry was maybe a bit too much!
Veggie burger: (makes 8) 1 potato, 4 tbsp cooked lens, 10g of Queso Chacra (Chile cheese) 1 egg, 4 tbsp of integral harina (whole wheat flour I found in Chile), 5cl of milk.
Peal the potato and cook it in water until the potato can be smashed with a fork.
Do smash the potato with the cheese.
Mix the egg, the milk and the flour.
Mix all the ingredients together. It should thick, if not add flour.
With a spoon spread the mixture into a burger size dough in a medium heated pan. Cook both sides gently.
The cheese could be replace by fresh goat cheese or cream cheese.
The harina integral is wonderful. The taste is so much different from those I've found in France! I tried a beet tart I usually with this flour, it turned so tasty! I'm just sad I won't found any in Poland, I believe!
I prepared the veggie burgers as sandwiches with avocado spread, tomato and fresh spinach.
