Make no mistake. I went to a horrible, horrible college. People there rhapsodized about how elite it was, how much of an established "second Harvard" it had become, but it was pretty obvious from the general atmosphere that none of the science labs were going to cure cancer, or, y'know, that the manager of the transcript center could write in coherent English. Case in point, this email I received this morning:
Hello Ben,
Payment updated, your request is in processing. Transcripts will be
produced and amiled out tomorrow morning. it appears that there were
problems with your browser set up as a result, payment did not register
against your request.
