To those who may not know, Liz Connoly, alumnus of Shrewsbury High and Junior education major at Westfield State, has passed on as of last night. She apparently died of complications to her spine and brain resulting in a golf cart accident at WSC's Orientation program. To be honest, she was one of those people you would never imagine this happening to; she was always so happy and determined...it's an immense loss to those who knew her. She and I were on the Speech team at high school and we were also members of the Orientation program. My thoughts, prayers and condolences are with Mr. and Mrs. Connoly and Liz's siblings. May you rest in peace.
