its not sick and sadistic, and if it was it would be just as sick and sadistic for people making fun of the war and WMDs when people are over in Iraq fighting. So every joke you ever heard about WMDs was sadistic and just as hurtful to the people fighting the war. and its not like the war was a failure, they caught saddam for gods sake, u act as ( Read more... )

i am sorry but being 18 does not make you an adult. Sure legally you can do things you otherwise couldnt...but mentally and even physically these people look and act like kids. And even the ones that dont...they are taught to follow orders and obey the people in command and ask no questions...sounds like a child-parent relationship to me. Anyways it was just slang. Older generations dont use the term kids..they use the term "boys ( ... )

and if i was in iraq and i heard lots of people saying how wrong or pointless this war was...i wouldnt be pissed off at them. It's not that they arent supporting the troops..if anything they want the troops to come home...and come home ALIVE. And i would understand that these people are just stating their opinion and if most of the world was condemning the war..which most countries did and tons of americans did..i probably would start questioning my own government about why we are there and whether we should be or not. I personally knew someone who was in Iraq...and he wasnt mad at anyone who opposed the war...in fact he was so happy to be home...he hated being in IRAQ and he is against why we are there...he even agrees that we shouldnt be there..BUT he isnt going to abandon America either...he was taught to obey orders..and he will. I respect him for that. i dont hate any of the troops..i respect them more then i respect a lot of people. But that doesnt mean i have to agree with why we are there...and they dotn ahve to agree ( ... )

you are missing the point..AGAIN. my god its like you dont really read any of this...i dont know why i bother. you take everythign for face value...how sad. I KNOW THEY FUCKING SIGNED UP...i am not retarded like some people. That wasnt the point. you jsut proved my point though...these peopel signed up to DEFEND our country. Not to go into other countries for false misleading reasons and get killed. YES they signed up but they are forced to do what they are told once they have. Government controls them...so that would make my monkey metaphor perfectly fine to use. I am not saying they are bad people...they jsut have to do what they are told. Some would say that is great cuz that means they are uber loyal. But i feel that is sometimes immoral. It's hard to know what is even true...why did we go to war...i mean one reason already is obviously a load of horseshit..so how do we know what to believe. WHAT are we there for exactly...no one REALLY seems to know...and i am sorry...if i dont know why we are fighting...i ( ... )

you always misunderstand what i say

and i really am not that liberal. you would be surprised. i just dont see america as being perfect..and you do. that is the difference.

and i honestly dont know what is worse...saddam or us. i think we have it a lot better. And i would rather be in America under our government than Saddam. YOu missed what that entire point was about. Stop twisting my words...and i am awake thank you very much. i am surprised you dont see the damage America does to the world. So you really think America makes this world super awesome and we help everyone else out because we are super nice people?? *sigh*

i feel sorry for you...i really do. <3

i feel sorry for you. i feel America is a great place to live an i am proud to live here. and i dont need to list reasons for the war because i know it needed to happen. i have personally talked to high ranking captains who went to iraq and have talked with Bush personally and they told me their was no choice we had to go to war, all the reasons were completely credible. we thought their were WMD's and there were not but there were signs that there were, we were wrong oh well. and its not Bush's fault we funded him in the past and now we need to take him down. Bush is just doing what he was to do. There were signs of saddam being a threat before Bush was in office. Bottom, line, the US is a great place, be proud to live here, and as far as war, we needed to go, end of story

lol wow those still arent credible reasons...and you KNOW it had to happen?? wow..so i guess most other countries are just incredibly stupid for disagreeing with us...and millions of people disagree with you. I don't care if you talked to high ranking officials...they just do as they are told...by our government...they say what the government wants them to say. I do respect that, but at the same time, their is an element of mistrust. IF there were reasons for war....you can say that we could go to war against many other countries...there are ALWAYS issues with other countries...but they dont have to be fixed through war ( ... )

oh they look and i act like kids, im glad u had a chance to go to iraq and talk to them. they are taught to take orders to learn respect, same way you do with your teachers and a boss for a job, shutup.
i cant believe you said the US is no better than saddam. you are honestly the stupidest person i have ever talked to. you are the most typical cliche liberal it kills me. boo hoo we went to iraq for oil and money bush sucks blah blah blah, you are an idiot. and u think im living in a dream world, u need to wake up. oh yah idiot, putting down someone or something is the same as making fun of them. and my friends brother just came home from and was happy to be home, but was proud he got to serve his country, and wouldnt you know it, mad at the people who went against it. and as far as your friend goes......he signed up, its his fault
