Today went for Tim's pump at Novena. Today his tracks were tough, thought he will put water coz he did 4 pumps consecutive. Is actually more tough than yesterday class. For tricep, Tim was giving 2 option one was tricep push up and the other is dips. So we all decided to do dips. :P Oh well... After dat we all cannot take it. ~_~ Right after dat was pump it, very long never do dat track. Forgot how hard was the track.

Killer tracks were the squats (combination, combination and combination), Triceps (lots and lots of dips), biceps (fast singles and no breaks) and shoulders the ultimate killer (the stagger moves really OMG).
