Pump...
Today went for 1830hrs pump class at Novena, xiao yang covering tim's class coz he went for a holiday. I asked xiao yang to get muffins from his work place, cheap and good. :P As usual, xiao yang bought 10 and he said buy 10 get 2 free. Really like the muffin there. His class was fun today. He played some old tracks that other instructors dont play. From the first time he did pump was so kang lang ka bo but now his que now is so much better. Really can see the change in him. Well done Xiao yang, maybe in time to come he become next wai han ^_^ Jia You.
