There are a couple of questions on the survey that ask us to compare 3 cell phone providers, and I was only familiar at all with one, but there was not a spot to indicate that I had no idea about the other two providers; i.e. a N/A or "I am not familiar with this provider" dot to check, so I just scored them very low- I would guess that if they were any good I would be familiar with them, right? Did I screw up your stats by doing this?
