It's Django Reinhardt's birthday today. He was a three-fingered Romany (not Romanian) jazz-guitarist. He escaped the Holocaust, miraculously. He's still one of the greatest jazz musicians who ever lived, and he was a Belgian.
Just wanted to report I've been going down Memory Lane. Interesting to note I've alienated a few people who took part in this discussion.
