It's to bad I can't get paid for watching Gaby, lol. I forgot what's like to have a puppy. It was what? Almost 16 years ago when Charly was born? She has so much energy. Here is me in the morning. I get up, let her out of the kennel and take her out. I grab my coffee when we get back inside and I'm sitting down thinking, oh coffee how I love thee. In the meantime, she wants to play. I take a rope and move it around for her to chase or tug. There I am moving my arm with the rope and the other arm is holding the coffee. It's not very much movement. I believe she is the one really moving my arm as I try to wake up.
Once we have done the morning activity, guess what? It's time to go out again. We come back inside and unfortunately I have to get ready so she has to go into her kennel. As I'm upstairs, she cries. Once I can get her out, it's time to go outside. It's a cycle. With Charly I believe it took only a couple weeks until she would ask to go out. Not sure how Gaby will do since she is a different breed. That's another thing. I'm use to shelties. All of our previous dogs were shelties. This is definitely a learning experience.
Another thing is I don't want her getting use to me. I'm hoping soon I'll have a job so I won't be home all the time. Also kind of hoping by the time she is ten and I'm forty I'm not living with my parents. One can dream, lol.
gaby,
