It's amazing how much better a search for scientific information goes when you use technical terms (in this case, trying to figure out how HPV causes cancer, the magic word was "mechanism").
It's really, really hard to find part-time work in my field. I should've been a phlebotomist. Maybe I can convince a doctor's office to let me be a receptionist or something, to get used to interacting with patients.
I GMed for the first time last night (D&D 3.5, Thieves' Guild/Urban game). It went fairly well. Now I just have to keep coming up with things every week. I'm glad I already said I would stop running as soon as school starts, doing game and my school work and whatever job I end up getting would severely hose me.
I now have my schedule for the first semester of NESA. I opted for Medical Qi-Gong for my Chinese PE class, over Tai Chi and Acu-Yoga. I have no classes before 10:30 and I get three day weekends - not too shabby.
I really need to get the blinds I bought on Monday on the windows. A bit of privacy (and less glare on the TV) downstairs and the ability to sleep past 7:30 await me doing so. I need to stop putting it off already.
