That is why they worked. Ben wasn't going to try to tear Michael away from something he felt he needed. Which I think led to them being able to work the way they did.
Justin was way too young! But we all thought we knew everything at 18, didn't we? And he thought that was perfect. I am about Brian's age now and I think if an 18 year old walked into my life? I would kill them. I can't even imagine putting up with a teenager. So he did a great job ..growing up (Justin that is) enough that he "fit" in.
Who doesn't love Emmett is right. Except when he tried to be straight? I wanted to die then, I think.
I would imagine that Michael kept the Ted thing a little quiet. Because he wouldn't have wanted to hurt Ben or betray Ted. Unless he let it out when he was angry. When he was an angry Italian queen? All bets were off, I think! LOL
Mel and Ben did understand each other, I think. Even if we never got to see that actually said!
Debbie was just looking out for her little boy. Who wouldn't? But I can't imagine it was easy for Ben. Even if he did understand it. You know?
