I drove to Sandpoint ID first thing in the morning to get a wiring harness plug for my Ford Pickup. I also needed to get an exhaust fan for the bathroom in the Senior Center. When I got to Noxon I stopped and loaded up my truck with the tools and some other supplies I knew I needed.
My first job was for the State representative of MT believe it or not putting in some lights in his bathroom. The day before I had installed a new dimmer switch for his kitchen under cabinet lights and a fluorescent light in a downstairs hobby room.
I called the Senior Center to make arrangements to put in the fan but they were having some goings on and it wouldn't have suited, so I'll probably do that Monday about 11:00 am.
I went down to Thompson Falls in the afternoon and picked up a toilet repair kit and then went way up a mountain only to find out that the poor people needed a whole new toilet, so I plan to put it in on Friday.
After I got back to Thompson Falls I got myself a big Chef salad. And I ate it while I talked on the phone with Summer and the minister in the church I'm moving to.
After I got done eating I went and bought some groceries and fueled up my truck before driving the forty miles back home.
Gas and diesel is really high right here. Regular gas is $ 2.369 and diesel was about $ 2.69 per gallon. disgusting isn't it to think that gasoline is really a product derived from diesel and yet they charge so much more for it.
The gas stations are all working together though and so they do it because they can.
The weather has been a little rainy and about 55 degrees. It's nice and sunny and clear today though.
They are having a Huckleberry festival today in Trout Creek. I don't think I'm going though because it is a big mess from what I hear. I haven't really decided yet though so I'll see how things go. They have a parade and all the town people get together and have a lot of stands. They also have concerts and different people doing all sorts of interesting things.
Yesterday evening I talked to Summer a while. We just don't seem to get through talking and I still haven't seen any time it will end either, at least not in my lifetime. I have never met another person who I could burn so much time so fast talking to. I really don't know where the time goes. At any rate I'm ticked to be her special friend.
Well I'm going to put an end to this one way conversation pretty soon.
Hey Char you did a great job on the color scheme.
That rhyme goes "Me no sad, me no cry" but it's still funny the way it is.
