Dad: Don't go out tonight
Me : I'm not anyway. My friend is coming over. (notice the word 'friend' is singular)
Dad: Who?
Me : Daniel (notice that the word 'Daniel' also means one person)
Dad: Who's Daniel?
Me : My classmate. (classMATE. not classMATES. Thus, it is also singular)
Dad: How many people?
Me : ........... *rolls eyes* ONE. obviously. I've made it clear, didn't I?
Dad: Who's coming?
Me : *begins cursing under my breath* .................... -_-" Like I said, DANIEL!!!
Dad: Who's Daniel?
Me : *tears hair* ..................................... -__-" -__-" WTF!!?? Why do I even bother talking to you??? So that I can repeat myself over and over again?
Dad: huh?
Me : *Groans and walks the opposite direction*
