Oy! I'm bad at this!
Yeah, as you can imagine I'm trying this again! XD You see, I tend to make alot of promises and only do I manage to keep up with them as much as I can. Time just isn't my friend these days. So I will do my best to post and keep up with whats going on in my life as best as I can as well as posts those mini-reviews for anime and games I promised. Turns out actually I have them already written in my head, its just so hard to come up with words for it all ya know what I'm saying?? lol
Well, as for me, to put it in a nutshell, my life has been going all sorts of places as of late. Most of them have been pretty bad, from going peacefully to ungodly awful but things are starting to look up for me. One of the things that has happened to me was that I lost my job of 6 years, (The Bull Tavern). Actually it was more of a blessing cause I really hated it towards the end, the staff was just constantly rude and I dreamed something would just get me out of there and sure enough before the New Year, I was forced to quit due to schedule complications with the boss. While I did enjoy the fact that it was over, I left with nothing to show for it, so it wasn't a complete victory. I have been in deep financial trouble lately but as I said, I'm not giving up hope! I just went in for an interview at a grocery store job. May not seem much to you but it does pay well and if I get it, it will help a whole lot! Getting this job or any secondary job will fix everything and get me back on track. Waiting for a callback of course but I still will find a new workplace very soon! Wish me luck yall!
Aside from that, I'm about ready to go to my 2nd Anime Convention! YAY!!! Zenkaikon V. Due to my budget though, I will only be going 1 day. But I do think its best for my situation and I can only imagine at this point how awesome its going to be! Meeting long time favorite Todd Haberkorn and Vic Mignogna at last!! Ahhh!!! The excitement is killing me!! I'll be sure to post the day's events and pictures! Its going to be magical!! <3 Soo look out for March Con updates everyone.
Also on a side not and I'm not making any promises, but there is an attempt in the works to go to Otakon 2011. However this will only happen if I get that 2nd job. Soo please cross your fingers for it to work. We have transportation and means of getting there, its just that I need to afford Hotel , food, gas, con and other expenses first and foremost.
and that's that! I know there's more I should say but I'm gonna leave it at that. I look forward to writing up in here again. Really I do! I just have to get a good grasp of my free time. Ta Ta for now!
