Ok...I'm not in such a bad mood anymore so I want to update. A topic that's been on my mind lately is the lack of quality movies and TV shows. The other night I went to see "The Interpreter" with the family and, get this, I really liked it. It was as I was walking out of the theatre that I realized how rare of an occurrence that had become. I actually saw a well-written, well thought out film that had a valid story and sequence of events. TV unfortunately is a different story. Besides "24" (which I only like for its cheap thrills and action stuff despite its poor writing, etc.) and the shows "Scrubs" and "Family Guy" which are HILARIOUS there are NO good shows on TV. I hope those of you who are obsessive about shows like the O.C. and shit like that realize how stupid they really are...I mean, I don't have a problem with people who watch them, but don't say they're really great shows, because they're not. They use really hot people in really implausible situations to intrigue us, and luckily for Fox, they got the formula TOTALLY right. Anyone care to disagree? Am I omitting any really GREAT shows from my very short list? Have you seen any REALLY good movies lately? Just a thought. Bye all.
