Today I've learned from my awesome colleague at New Agency that if I didn't talk so much with my other colleague at work, that I wouldn't repeatedly have to work until 2 AM.

Now THAT's where I've been going wrong. And all this time, I thought I simply had too much work to handle for one person alone.

Thanks for the enlightenment.

(I am not a violent person but during our internal talk - him, my colleague Nicole that I talk to too much, our two supervisors and I - I've wanted to beat him repeatedly. I have never met a person that is so ridiculously incapable of doing their job while being totally blind to the situation around them.

This is epic fuckery.)

I've had lots and lots of career talks lately but I've been too busy to take a calm minute to write them down. Apart from me being too busy, I've been fine and I've received great reviews. It looks like I'm finally talking pay rise/promotion and further options next month. Can't wait.
