Just came back from seeing Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time and JESUS CHRIST, I want to see it again. First of all (and this is not really spoilery, I guess), let me say: UNF Jake Gyllenhaal. Second of all: UNF Jake Gyllenhaal. Boy looks GOOD in that movie.
Before I get all serious, one more thing: UNF Jake Gyllenhaal doing Parkour. This might have been the hottest thing I have ever seen in my life. Expect for that scene in Brokeback Mountain, but I digress.
It was kinda hot seeing him all bulked up and athletic and yet graceful. I know that Jake didn't do all of his stunts himself, but that he actually did learn some Parkour and did some of the stunts. The real Jake or not, just the idea that someone can do that with their body, wow. The Parkour was definitely one of my favorite things about the movie and I'm tempted to say it's worth seeing for the Parkour alone. There was some more great action besides the Parkour, lots of sword fighting and fist fights.
I think one of my favorite scenes is this and seeing it on the BIIIIIIIIIIIIG screen was awesome:

I also thought there was some great humor in the movie. Jake had lot of chemistry with Gemma Arterton (more than she had with that guy from Clash of the Titans) and they were bickering and bantering all the time. They looked like they had a lot of fun doing the movie. It showed.
Great humor, great action, a few sad moments as Dastan. Jake Gyllenhaal's character, lost everything that was dear to him. What more could a girl want? Oh right, there was also a lot of suspense and a few surprises. I found the movie not to be predictable at all. I definitely fooled when it came to who the bad guy was (without giving anything away) and also the ending was not what I expected.
In the end, I had an amazing time seeing this movie and I'd definitely watch it again in a heartbeat. I strongly recommend you guys go see it, not just for Jake. As I said, the movie itself is definitely worth it.
