Decision practically made for me
Beautiful. I've been very worried about whether I should take Dr. K up on his offer. Just before I left work today, I asked Mark how many assignments I would be missing out on. Apparently, I'd only be missing out on a presentation. And MMMMAAAAYYYBBBEEEE one essay. This is hardly worth the work required to run weekly experiments (quite frankly, it's laughable) so there is no way I'm doing it. I'll just take these courses like everyone else.
Last week's experiments were a total bust. Thursday was disgusting, for all the errors made (mostly by me *bashes head in wall... repeatedly*) and Friday's results weren't saved by the stupid gamma counter. So nearly everything we did yesterday, which was a hell of a lot, will have to be redone. Damnation.
I cut my finger on the dial that turns on the geiger counter. I was so pissed that they would make something like a dial so freaking sharp. The cut is over an inch long, and was bleeding enough for me to put a bandage on it (I can't have open wounds in the lab). It feels like it's opening everytime I bend my finger.
Went out with Rex and Terence yesterday after work. We ate, and then we went to a bowling alley and played some of the arcade games. And then we actually bowled for one game. Rex laughed his ass off at me taking practice swings. He laughed even harder after we had ascertained that the practice throws actually do make me better.
Then we went to Terence's place and played some Wii Sports, and WarioWare Smooth Moves. WarioWare is such a crackpot game, I was so confused!
I still need to start working on my coop presentation and report, and my NSERC report. I don't know when any of them are due...
*pouts* All my favourite badguys in Super Robot Taisen Original Generation 2 have died now. Stupid Mekibos... I really liked him. Vigagi and Mekibos were a nice comic pair, I had hoped they would survive. And Vigagi's mech, the Galgau, was one of the nicer badguy mechs in my opinion. Mekibos' Graterkin wasn't half bad either. *pouts*
