I hate some people

I really hate when people insist on lying, especially when their lie is impossible.  I have customers calling saying the brand new door check that was installed just broke while opening the door.  Let me make something clear.  Door checks don't just break.  I've seen some take a direct impact from a full size heavy duty pickup and not break.  Now granted there is the possibility of a manufacturers defect and the dealership is already aware of the issue.  
Hopefully these people don't wait until it's dark to show up to let me look at it now.
